Timothy Morris Lane is a SAG actor from Cleveland, OH, now residing in Atlanta, GA. He grew up singing and playing the piano in a musically-gifted family who often performed at church. He later went on to sing and record R&B music before undertaking acting professionally. He graduated from the New York Film Academy’s Acting For Film Conservatory where he studied various techniques of acting for film and stage. Before moving to NYC and studying at NYFA, he lived and worked in the Atlanta market and then later moved to the Los Angeles market. This has allowed him to become a very versatile artist and has prepared him to work in all kinds of environments. On a more personal note, Timothy has a voracious love of learning, especially languages. He has studied karate while living and studying Japanese in Tokyo, sang on Japanese television, traveled around Latin America and Europe to sharpen his Spanish and French, and constantly reads books on various topics. He is also an accomplished singer/songwriter who has performed behind artists such as David Foster, Bebe Winans, and Rod Stewart, and he is only getting started.
